EscLab isn't a for-profit coworking space. We're a coop which exists for the benefit of the tech and startup community of Minnesota. Our physical office in downtown Minneapolis serves as space for working, events, and socializing. The members of EscLab share the responsibility of running the community and space, all decision making, as well as any financial matters.
In order to join you need to be sponsored by an existing member (<- link), agree to the Code of Conduct (<- link), and pay your dues. Once a member you will have unfettered access to the space. You will also be able to vote on matters, and take part in projects that benefit EscLab and the greater MN tech community.
Joining EscLab is $100 per month for "founding members" (anyone who joins in 2026). If you'd also like a desk it's an additional $200 per month for founding members. We require 60 days notice to end either. Prices will be higher for folks who join in 2027. You can pay, or have your employer pay. Either works. But even if your employer pays, you’re the member.
